Two services. One engagement.

Data analytics consulting and custom software. We offer two things: a clear analysis of what is happening in a company’s numbers, and the software that analysis needs to keep working.

Specimen, not client data · R’000 · running balance under the rule

We start where the numbers are unclear, cash and margin that do not agree, a report still built by hand, or a tool the team has outgrown. We finish with something the company can act on, and keep running.

We find out what your numbers actually mean.

We look at a company’s data, whatever the source, and work out which few numbers actually matter for the decision at hand. The result is a clear read: what changed, why, and what to do next. Where something is uncertain, we say so, with a range instead of a single number that looks more precise than it is.

When doing it by hand stops making sense, we build the tool.

If an analysis has to happen every week or every month, it should not depend on someone doing it by hand each time. We build the software that does it instead, a pipeline, a dashboard, an internal tool, whatever the task needs. The company owns what we build. It is not a product you rent from us or a service you have to keep paying us to run.

If doing it by hand has stopped making sense, get in touch.

Diagnose. Analyse or build. Ship. Review.

Full process
  1. Step 1: Diagnose

We name the decision, and say what is already good enough to act on.

  2. Step 2: Analyse or build

Analysis, software, or both. We write down time and scope before starting.

  3. Step 3: Ship

A read people can use, or a system the company can run.

  4. Step 4: Review

We sit with the people who decide, then agree what to watch next.

If your numbers do not add up, a report is still built by hand, or your team has outgrown its tools, get in touch.

A few sentences on the situation are enough. We reply from the same address you see here.
